Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
Changes. We may change these terms at any time. We will post the new terms with a new effective date. If you continue to use the Site, you accept the changes.
Permitted use. Use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not scrape or copy the Site by automated means, upload malware, try to gain unauthorized access, frame the Site, or pretend to be another person. We may suspend access at any time without notice.
Information you give us. Give accurate information in any form on the Site. By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
Intellectual property. CET owns the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and layout. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own non-commercial use. Manufacturer names, logos, and product images belong to their owners. You may not use them without permission from the owner. You may not use the CET name or logo without our written consent.
Feedback and submissions. If you send us feedback, comments, or testimonials, you give CET a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them. We will not publish your name without your permission.
Product and project information. The Site gives general information about products, services, and projects. Product specifications, availability, and pricing come from manufacturers and can change without notice. Check the manufacturer's official documentation before you rely on a specification. A quote or proposal from CET in writing controls over any information on the Site. Manufacturers provide and handle their own product warranties. CET does not give warranties on manufacturer products.
Third-party links and services. The Site may link to other websites or use third-party tools. Those parties have their own terms and policies. CET does not control them and is not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of warranties. The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." CET does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, CET is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that arise from your use of the Site. CET's total liability for claims related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This limit does not apply to our written agreements with you for products or services.
Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless CET and its members, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and costs that arise from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms or the law.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@cet.llc. Include your contact details, a description of the work, the location of the content on the Site, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own or represent the owner of the copyright. Sign the notice.
Governing law and venue. The laws of the State of Colorado govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts in Denver County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site.
General. If a court finds a part of these terms invalid, the other parts stay in force. If we do not enforce a term, we do not waive it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and CET about the Site. They do not replace a signed sales agreement, quote, or proposal for products or services.

These terms apply when you register for or attend a training program from CET & Associates LLC ("CET"). They apply with our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If these terms conflict with the Website Terms of Use, these terms control for training.
Services. CET gives training and instruction on products, systems, and industry practices. CET may change content, instructors, schedules, and format. A change will not materially reduce the value of a paid program.
Registration and eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old. A paid registration is complete only after we receive your registration and full payment. A free registration is complete when we confirm it in writing. CET may decline or cancel a registration. If CET cancels a paid registration, you receive a full refund.
Fees and payment.
Full payment is due at registration. A seat in a paid program is not reserved until we receive and confirm payment.
A third-party payment processor charges your payment method. CET does not store your full card number.
Fees do not include taxes, unless the registration page says they do.
If we find a pricing error, you may pay the corrected price or receive a full refund.
If you have a billing problem, contact us at training@cet.llc before you dispute a charge with your card issuer.
Free training. Free programs have no fee. A seat is not guaranteed. CET may cancel, change, or limit attendance. If you cannot attend, tell us at training@cet.llc so we can offer your seat to another person.
Cancellations and refunds. The Refund Policy governs cancellations and refunds for paid programs.
Substitutions and transfers. You may send a substitute if you give us written notice at least 48 hours before the program starts. You may transfer your registration to a later session one time, if a seat is available.
Changes by CET. CET may cancel, reschedule, or move a program. If it does, you may choose a full refund or a transfer at no cost. CET does not pay for your travel, lodging, or other costs.
Certificate of attendance. CET may give a certificate of attendance to participants who attend the program. A certificate shows attendance only. It is not a professional license, a manufacturer certification, or a guarantee of skill. You may not transfer it.
Intellectual property. CET and its licensors own all training materials. You may use them only for your own internal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, share, sell, or record any part of the training without written consent from CET. Manufacturer names, logos, and materials belong to their owners.
Conduct. Behave in a professional and safe way. CET may remove a person who disrupts a program or breaks these terms, without a refund.
Disclaimer of warranties. Training is provided "AS IS." CET does not promise any result, qualification, job outcome, business result, or level of skill.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, CET is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. CET's total liability for a claim about a training program will not exceed the fees you paid for that program. For a free program, it will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless CET and its members, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and costs that arise from your breach of these terms, your negligence, or your violation of the law.
Governing law and disputes. The laws of the State of Colorado govern these terms. The state and federal courts in Denver County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction. EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Force majeure. CET is not liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as severe weather, public health orders, power or network failures, or acts of government. Item 7 still applies.
Notices. Send notices to CET & Associates LLC, 2250 South Delaware Street, Denver, Colorado 80223, or training@cet.llc, or 303-758-5530.
General. These terms and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement for training. The version in effect when you register governs your registration. If a court finds a part invalid, the other parts stay in force. If CET does not enforce a term, it does not waive it. You may not assign your registration without our written consent.

Refund eligibility.
Cancel 7 or more days before. If you cancel in writing at least 7 calendar days before the first day of the program, you receive a full refund of the fees you paid.
Cancel less than 7 days before. You receive no refund. You may ask for a substitute or a one-time transfer to a later session, as the Training Terms allow.
No-shows. If you do not attend and do not cancel, you receive no refund, credit, or transfer.
Changes by CET. If CET cancels a program or makes a major change, you may choose a full refund or a transfer at no cost. CET will start the refund without a request from you.
Special cases. CET may make an exception for hardship, such as a documented emergency. An exception does not create a right to future exceptions.
Travel costs. CET does not refund travel, lodging, or other costs you pay.
How to ask for a refund. Send your request in writing to training@cet.llc. Requests on social media are not valid. Include your name, the email you used to register, the program name and date, the amount paid, and the reason. A request is effective when we receive all of this information.
Review. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days. We will decide within 10 business days after we receive a complete request. If we deny your request, you may ask for one reconsideration within 14 days. The reconsideration decision is final.
How we pay refunds. We refund the original payment method. We start the refund within 10 business days after approval. Your bank may need 5 to 10 more business days to post it. Fees charged by the payment processor are not refunded, except when CET cancels the program.
Chargebacks. Ask us for a refund and let our review finish before you dispute a charge with your card issuer. If you file an improper chargeback, CET may suspend your access to future programs and recover collection costs.
Where to send requests. Attn: Refunds, CET & Associates LLC, 2250 South Delaware Street, Denver, Colorado 80223. Email: training@cet.llc. Phone: 303-758-5530.
Changes. CET may update this policy. An update applies to registrations made after the update. The version in effect when you register governs your registration.
